Alerts on this screen
Pick your name for your own alerts: you're up, you're on deck, a customer is assigned to you, or your break or lunch runs over.
On an iPhone, add the board to your Home Screen first: tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, and open it from the icon.

Status time limits
Break 15 min · Lunch 60 min. A rep past their limit turns red on every screen. With Customer has no limit and shows the minutes so far. Assigning an up marks the rep With Customer automatically; set them back to Available when they are free.
Factory reset
Puts the original 12-person roster back in its starting order and clears every status.
